Refund policy

The Fort McMurray S.P.C.A. uses a third party printing service for all of our merchandise orders. Damaged or defective items must be sent to info@fortmcmurrayspca.ca within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Due to all items being made to order by a third party we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
